Andy Tudhope
Andy read his Masters at Oxford and began building weird things in crypto in 2014, beginning with Ricardian Contracts at Eris Industries alongside people like Ethan Buchman.
He built the first fair ranking system on Ethereum while working at Status, where he also focused on making Ethereum accessible to those with resource-restricted devices or low connectivity. He helped MakerDAO create a coherent community while at it.
He wrote and ran Kernel to encourage a meaningful community of people into valuable dialogues that continue to give purpose and direction to many who are working to shift what money is, and what wealth means. As a part of this, he designed and built Honour to illustrate what more wholesome money could look like if we take seriously the notion that it is now fully programmable.
With some good friends, he created https://pr1s0n.art to showcase better uses of the technology we have created; and he extended what NFTs could be with https://sign.kernel.community.
He crafted https://finding.thebluebook.co.za to further play with the ideas of NFTs on the back of four other digital books he has published.
He worked on better ways to mitigate MEV at Flashbots, helping to create https://suave.flashbots.net
He can be found wandering the edges of the known universe, awestruck and in love.
